  TOWN HALL MEETING: St. John’s Baptist Church will host the Scotch Plains Census Meeting on February 20, 2020 at 7:00 PM. The Scotch Plains Census Complete Count Committee will help prepare residents in advance of receiving their census questionnaires in mid to late March. Everyone is welcomed to come.

   

  IMPORTANT MEETING: The next  Church Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 27,  at 7:00 PM to approve the budget for 2020. All church members are required to be present at this important meeting.

   

  GENERAL BAPTIST CONVENTION: Community Baptist Church of Englewood, NJ , where Rev. Dr. Lester W. Taylor, Jr. is the Pastor will host the 2020 Leadership / Workers Conference, Themed “ Can These Dry Bones Live” on Saturday, February 29, 2020. at 8:00 AM. A continental breakfast and light lunch are included. Pastor is expecting all leaders to attend.

   

  ALL ABOARD: Pledge forms for the 2020  “Faith in Action Charitable Capital Improvement Campaign” (FACCIC) are available. You can contribute throughout the year (weekly, monthly) or in one lump sum. We cannot achieve our goal of capital improvement without 100% participation.

   

  MEN'S FELLOWSHIP:  The Men's Fellowship will be hosting their breakfast on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 8:30 A.M.  All men are invited and encourage to bring a friend.  Comeout and enjoy a morning of good food and fellowship.

   

  INSTALLATION TIME:  On Sunday, march 15, 202 at 4:00 P.M., Pastor Wallace will be preaching the Installation Service for Rev. Arthur S. Long of Promise Land Missionary baptist Church, 592-4 Rev. E.L. Chamblee Square, Newark, NJ.  Pastormis requesting that Church Officers, Leaders, congregation and Choir accompany him for this glorious service.
